And now, let's go to Paris !

Afin de préparer les vaches au concours, aujourd'hui, nous les faisons marcher . D'autres préparations sont prévues durant les vacances....

So as to prepare the cows for the competition, today, we make them walk. Other preparations are foreseen during the holidays.

Quelques changements...

A cause de différents problèmes, nous présentons nos vaches suppléantes lors de ce trophée des lycées. Baloche souffre de lourdes boiteries et Cerle s'est blessée la mamelle.
C'est donc Bouson (Ostwald) et Camz (Ramz) qui nous accompagneront tout au long de ce trophée.

Because of different problems, we will present our surrogate cows during this Trophy of Farming Students. Indeed, Baloche hobbles and Cerle got hurt on its udder. So, it will be Bouson (Otswald) and Camz (Ramz) that will be with us during this Trophy.

Afin de limiter le stress des animaux lors de leur arrivée à Paris, nous les habituons au lavage, qui sera quotidien au salon.

So as to limit the stress of the animals when they arrive in Paris, we get them use to washing wich will be done during the compétition.

Le concours du Trophée National des Lycées Agricoles s'approchant, nous nous sommes entrainés au clippage sur des genissons de l'exploitation du lycée.

For the competition for the national trophy of secondary school pupils, we did clipping on the school farm's heifers.

Nous sommes heureux de vous faire part des résultats de la finale départementale du concours de jugement de bovins lait Prim'holstein par les jeunes, dans le département de l'Aisne:

These pupils were selected for the national final of judgement at the agriculture show in Paris, all pupils are in our secondary school.
